Principal Consultant and Team Leader - Wayne Deeth

Wayne is known for his enthusiasm, passion and entrepreneurial orientation. He has lived on a farm with his wife Lynne, and two children, in the NSW Southern Highlands for 40 years and currently has camels (which he uses for team building - and enjoyment !!!).

With a degree in Mathematics and Computing, and further study in organisational psychology tools, Wayne has been passionately involved in the Learning and Development industry for over 30 years. He has a very broad base of experience, having senior positions in the Public Sector, Private Sector as well as 'Not For Profit' organisations and in all of his roles he has successfully built very innovative learning systems that enhance business results.

Wayne is very experienced in culture mapping, culture change and leadership development through coaching.
